Email is available on all hosted domains. POP and IMAP use the default port settings in your email software.
SMTP is available on port 25 and port 587 and requires authentication. If your access provider blocks connections on port 25 you should still be able to connect on port 587.
All host settings should be mail.yourdomain.com.
